President - Mike Shine
Mike Shine has been in the fire service just shy of 20 years and is currently a Driver at Round Rock Fire Department.
He enjoys doin the good work with good people who love the job.
Off duty, Mike can be found wrangling his two boys: Cooper and Tucker.
Membership Trustee - David Brooks
David is an 11 year student of the fire service. He rides the tailboard of Engine and Rescue 14 for the Austin Fire Department. Brooks stops at BBQ pits, fire works stands and Norma Jean Shows. His passions include hard work, leather work, and more work.
Secretary - Anthony Stewart
Stew rides backwards at Firehouse 28 (The Northside Workhorse) in Austin, TX. Stew identifies as a Truckee who rides an Engine. His favorite pastimes are ignoring the technical part of “Technical Rescue”, making the freshest of firehouse salsas, and being the first one to let you know about the badass training in the area. Also, if you need to see a chiropractor, his hugs will do in a pinch. Sláinte!

Treasurer - Kyle Hanson
Kyle is a passionate, into-the-job firefighter with Manchaca Fire Rescue assigned to Engine 501 in South Austin/Travis County. He’s big on engine company basics done well—stretching clean lines, moving water, and getting consistent, honest reps. Kyle believes realistic training and attention to the fundamentals build firefighters who can perform when it counts and translate directly to the street. He stays invested in the craft, always looking for ways to sharpen skills, push training, and keep the job moving forward. Proud to train with the Lone Star Fools.
Trustee of Social Media - Scott Dingel
One part hose jockey and one part needle fairy. Your Minister of Media rides Engine Co. 5 A shift for the New Braunfels Fire Department. He is a Virgo and enjoys long walks on the beach.
